Payment must be received in full amount before Helena Noelle™ begins on design. PayPal payments and Credit Cards only.

If you need a rush order, please convo me prior to placing your order to be sure we can accommodate the request. Rush fees will apply.All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made with HelenaNoelle.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: We welcome and appreciate all International orders; however, Helena Noelle™ cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. Import Duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to buying to determine what these additional costs will be. USPS Priority Mail shipping typically takes 3-10 business days; however, Helena Noelle is not responsible for custom delays.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature and custom work on each piece, ALL CUSTOM PIECES ARE FINAL SALE. We are more than happy to assist you prior to your purchase to answer any questions you may have of any of the designs.
Please choose your items carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. For non-custom designs, we will accept refunds/exchanges if we are notified first within 2 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping or exchange shipping if necessary. Pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return must be shipped back within 2 days of the day you received the package. We access a 15% restocking fee and do not refund shipping.
In the unlikely event of an item(s) arriving damaged, I will happily fix those (Please provide photo(s)); please send me a convo within 2 days of receiving the designs and specific information will be given to you regarding instructions on returning the design(s). It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance and tracking. No refunds will be made on items lost in the mail.
If you change your mind after purchase and the design has not yet been constructed, a full refund will be given, minus the restocking fee of 15%.
All deposit payments are non-refundable. Taxes and duties incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Rush order fees are to pay for a service provided and are non-refundable.
